Finished appearance. The outside bellows
patch pockets shall be uniform in appearance,
without twists, puckers, pleats, or raw edges.
NOTE: The breast pocket shall be set on with
fullness at the top of the pocket. The width of
the top of the pocket shall be governed by the
size of the finished flap.
