LOWER POCKETS AND

a. The flaps shall incorporate a
reinforced button snap and a
socket with a center of the
socket 3/4 inch from the
finished edge, reinforcement
pocket flap shall be sewn
centered on the lower pocket
flap.

b. Position the flaps to the flap
facings with reinforcement
pocket flap piece superimposed
on flap pieces, contoured to
bottom shape and stitch around
sides and bottom with 1/4 inch
seam, catching the
reinforcement pocket flap piece

c. Turn the flap and edge stitch
with a double row of stitching
1/4 inch gage, with outside row
of stitching 1/16 inch from
edge.
d. The two lower front pockets
shall be reinforced on each end
with a leather triangular-shaped
reinforcement piece. The
opening shall be in accordance
with the drill marks, and the top
of the pocket shall be raised
stitched with a single row of
stitching 1/4 inch from the
edge. The depth of the pocket
shall be 9 (±1/2) inches. A stud
and an eyelet shall be stamped
on the pocket to correspond
