Chin strap
The chin strap will be fabricated by using one piece of
webing with raw edges of webbing abutting each other
at the center of the strap underneath the mouton chin
strap guard. In the course of sewing, the mouton
portion to the webbing, the raw edges of webbing will
be securely caught in the stitching.

Fasten all snap fasteners.
3.6 Construction. The helmet will be constructed with all the operations listed in Table II. The
contractor is not required to follow the exact sequence of operations listed, provided the finished helmet
is identical to that produced by the following sequence of operations.
