2.4.1 Seams and Stitching. The coveralls shall be constructed in accordance with ASTM-D-6193
using the 301 stitch type, stitch type 503, 504 or 602 shall be used for overedging, as an alternate
to separate seaming and overedging stitch type 515, 516 or 519 may be used. The stitches per
inch for all operations shall be 8 to 10. All hook and loop tape and retro-reflective tape shall be
stitched 1/8 to 3/16 inch from the edge. The bottom and sides of pocket flaps shall be double
stitched 3/16 to 1/4 gage, 1/16 to 1/8 inch from the edge. The top of the pocket flaps shall be
