GLOVES, FLYER'S SUMMER, TYPE GS/FRP-2
This specification is approved for use by all Departments and Agencies of the Department of Defense.
1. SCOPE
1.1 Scope. This specification covers requirements for one type, two classes, and seven sizes of light weight,
unlined, summer, flyer's gloves, fabricated from perspiration resistant leather and simplex knitted, fire
resistant, polyamide cloth.
1.2 Classification. The summer, flyer's gloves are furnished in one type and two classes in the following
sizes:
Class 1 Color, Green/gray
Class 2 Color, Tan
